| Jalur Gemilang The Malayan Commonwealth declared independence on the 31 of August in 1957, ending the colonial period of 446 years. Malaysia is now a peaceful and harmonious country that has races such as the Malay, Chinese, Indians and the natives from East and West Malaysia. |
